This report is designed to analyze an appraisal report completed on a single unit property by a different appraiser. The review appraiser analyzes all information and conclusions from the original report, and completes an exterior-only inspection of the subject and comparable properties. Get started.

This report is designed to analyze an appraisal report completed on a single unit property by a different appraiser. The review appraiser analyzes all information and conclusions from the original report, completes an exterior-only inspection of the subject and comparable properties. This is the same scope of work as a field review, however, the reviewer will add at minimum 2 comparable sales when relevant. Get started.

Fiiunit property by a different appraiser. The appraisal under review typically has an effective date greater than 120 days. The review appraiser analyzes all information and conclusions from the original report based on the original effective date, and completes an exterior-only inspection of the subject and comparable properties.
